Abstract
The spectral resolved opacity of high temperature Mg plasma at a temperature of 56 eV and a density of 0.01 g/cm 3 is calculated by the detailed term accounting (DTA) model. Saha equation is applied to obtain the population distribution of the plasma in local thermodynamic equilibrium.
