Abstract
全世界加速器总数的约50%是医用加速器,全世界生产的所有放射性核素中80%以上用于医学。加速器生产多种放射性核素供临床诊断治疗和基础医学研究使用。加速器产生的带电粒子束可用于进行活化分析和核反应分析等,次级中子用于中子活化分析,为生物医学提供快速分析手段。加速器可用于对某些不宜进行高温或化学消毒的医疗器械、用具或药品的辐射消毒。加速器治疗肿瘤前景光明。本文将重点讨论上述几个成就突出的领域。
