Abstract
新元素:107号和109号元素在1976年UNILAC 加速器开始运行时,已知的最重化学元素是106号元素。在产生更重的元素时,主要困难是,在现有周期表的终点以外裂变几率的迅速增长。假如在选择的两核熔合的方法中产生了这样的非常重的核,为了克服两个相互作用的带正电的核之间的相互静电排斥,要求弹核有一定的动能。这个带入系统的能量并不完全用以产生新的原子核,余下的能量成为核内的激发能,或热能。
