早在1960年B.R.Mottelson 和J.G.Valatin 就已指出,原子核的转动将使处于互为时间反演态上耦合成对的核子退耦,当原子核转动频率达到某一临界值时,科里奥利力将抵消核子间的对相互作用,发生由超导态到正常态的相变。他们预言,对A=180附近的原子核,发生相变的临界角动量大约为12h 左右。
