基于LaBr3全国产化γ能谱仪性能研究

Study of the Performance of the Localization Production of LaBr3 γ Energy Spectrometer

  • 摘要: 随着国内半导体企业技术的发展,部分国产元器件性能指标已经与进口元器件相当,能够满足核辐射监测仪器仪表的性能需求。基于1.5英寸LaBr3闪烁体设计了一套全国产化的γ能谱仪,包括闪烁体、光电倍增管和电子元器件均选用国产厂家产品。经测试,能谱仪在常温下的分辨率可以达到2.8%@662 keV。工作温度范围可达−40 °C至50 °C,且全温度范围内的能量分辨率均优于3.0%,137Cs全能峰道址随温度变化率约为−0.67/°C,且线性度良好。高压调整率为0.02 V,满足0.2 V/°C的稳谱高压调整率要求。谱仪的能量非线性好于99.99%。实验数据显示,现阶段国产LaBr3闪烁体、光电倍增管及电子元器件能够满足γ能谱仪的设计需求。

     

    Abstract: With the development of domestic semiconductor technology, some domestic components have achieved a performance equivalent to the imported ones, and meet the requirement on performance for nuclear radiation monitoring instruments. In this paper, a set of domestic γ spectrometer was developed based on a 1.5-inch LaBr3 scintillator. The scintillator, photomultiplier tube and electronic components were all made in China.As the result of testing, the resolution of the spectrometer at room temperature achieved 2.8% at 662 keV. The operating temperature range reached from −40 °C to 50 °C, with an energy resolution better than 3.0% in the whole temperature range.The temperature floating rate for the 137Cs all-purpose peak was about −0.67/°C, with a good linearity. The high-voltage adjustment rate was 0.02 V, fulfilling the request for stable spectrum of 0.2 V/°C. The energy non-linearity of the spectrometer was better than 99.99%. The experimental data showed that both the domestic LaBr3 scintillator, photomultiplier tube, and the electronic components fulfilled the design requirements of γ spectrometer at current stage.
